Great alternative to Wolfman
Just got back from a 10 day mc tour around the west. Had lots of rain (8 days). Had my clothes and camping gear in 2 cyclegear dry bags - 1 small and 1 large. Nothing got wet at all. The bags held up nicely (this was the 2nd 10 day trip for the small bag). The only nit I have for these bags is the top closure strap is barely long enough. Pack carefully because the teardrop shape to the bags is menat to limit how much you can take and the strap is made for that capacity. Other than that the bags are great. At half the price of the wolfman bags I think these are a great deal.

Great bag for the price and does the job...
I use this bag on a BMW F650GS, and it works great. It holds a ton of stuff, and mounts easily to obvious mounting points. The included straps are plenty long enough for the job. The bag itself is made of the same exact material as other try bags I have for a variety of purposes. The only real difference is how manufacturers mount the straps. The straps and mounts on this bag are ok, but not the best. However, you should always double down and use a bungee cargo net or additional bungee cords to ensure that any dry bag is securely attached to the bike. The included straps should be used for stability purposes only. Don't rely on them alone.

Awesome for the price
Not usually fond of built for motorcycle gear as they aren't made to my standard, but for accessories i have no problem as my life doesn't depend on it. This bad blew me away when i opened it. It's relatively well built. Threw some clothes in a tied it to the bottom of the pool for 24 hours and everything was bone dry! It's taken several beatings while off roading. and still works! It's like a cheaper, just as useful Wolfman. :)

Only down side i'd say, is the straps to go over the opening are a bit short. But I just sewed on an extension. Took 10 mins and now its awesome!!

PROS: Waterproof, Many Hook And Loops, Well built

CONS: Some Straps Are Too Short, Hooks Could Be A Bigger

BEST USES: Touring, Off roading, Adventure riding

Medium size worked great for me.
Loved the way this bag (Med. Size) fit on the back of my bike. Best fasteners I've ever used. Lots of options as how to strap on bike.
Used in rain and kept contents dry.
Had trouble getting 3 folds on closure but 2 seemed to keep things dry.
Could put on bike and have the shoulder strap stay on, held down by straps over the handles.Nice to have that shoulder strap easy to use when your carrying helmet, gloves and another bag or two when checking into a hotel.

PROS: Straps, Nice size, Fasteners

CONS: Difficult Closing

Great deal!
I bought this to carry my "stuff" to the office. I'm a year round commuter, and often have to worry about rain getting through the nooks and crannies of my backpack. No more! This thing fits my Ninja 300 like a dream. It actually holds a lot, so I didn't bother with the medium size that would just hang over the sides of my bike anyway. Small was PERFECT. The only issue I had was the straps. The little hook things were WAY too tight to snap on and off quickly. So, I used the gas flame on my oven to heat them up and bend them open a bit more. They are now perfect, and I couldn't be happier.

PROS: Well Made No Leaks, Straps work well, It's Small But Holds Lots

CONS: Hooks Need Tweaking

Definite Bang for the Buck
I bought and took the large on a one week, almost 1200 mile trip. I hit plenty of rain and this bag made it through multiple downpours both during the ride and while I was watching from inside. Not a drop hit anything inside the bag. There were plenty of mounting points to keep the thing secure with Rok straps and a Saddleman yolk on the passenger seat. I'll be buying the medium for shorter, weekend trips.

There is a big jump between the medium and the large and it took me some time to decide which to take. But no woman every said, "I wish I used the smaller bag." I definitely had extra room in the large but would have been cramped with a week's worth in the medium. I was meeting up with family and needed some nicer clothes, including shoes for at least 3 nights. I was very happy to have this big bag and will definitely use it again.

There is no comparison for the price. I don't know about long term durability, or rough handling yet and did not give a rating for that.

Dry Bag
Used in back of my truck on long, rainy trip. Worked great, everything in the bag was dry! Have not tried it on my bike but it should work fine on my Reyonlds rack.

PROS: Very waterproof

Could the medium bag be fastened behind passenger backrest without a luggage rack? Is it safe resting on the rear fender?
Orlando D on Oct 27, 2016
BEST ANSWER: It depends on the weight of the bag and the strength and style of your fender. You shoulder be able to use straps under the passenger seat to anchor it and reduce the weigh resting on yiur fender. You don't want any weight on your turn signals.
How do you seal/close the bag?
A shopper on Aug 12, 2016
BEST ANSWER: You roll the top over three times and push out the air. There are also four buckles to cinch it all together.
I have 4 straps with a hook.. where do they go???
A shopper on Aug 10, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Attach the 4 straps to mounting points on the bike by wrapping each strap around the mounting points and then pulling the hooks through the loops. Place the bag lengthwise on the bike and attach the hooks to the 4 plastic loops on the bottom of the bag. Ensure they are secure, then tighten the straps. I have a BMW F650GS and attach two of the straps to the sides of the rear luggage rack, and two to the passenger footrest support bars. Works great, but I still additionally secure the bag with a bungee cargo net.
