No Hassle Returns or Exchanges

 

You can return any Cycle Gear purchase (excluding helmets) with receipt within 30 days for an exchange or refund.  Product must be in as new condition.  Returns with ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents will not be accepted. Helmets must be returned within 7 days and in new, unused condition.  

Returns will be refunded with the type of payment used in the original sale.  If you do not have a receipt or we are unable to refund to the original payment method, your refund will be made in the form of a Cycle Gear Gift Card.   Please allow up to 14 business days for a refund to be posted to your credit card account from the date a refund is processed. 

Extended Holiday Return & Exchange:  For your convenience, we offer an extended return and exchange policy during the holiday season. Purchases made between December 1 and December 31 have an extended return period through January 31 of the following year. 

No Return Authorization Required - No Re-Stocking Fees - It's that simple.

To Return by Mail:

Simply print out our Return/Exchange form, box up your items, and ship it back to our returns center. Most returns are processed within two business days.

Please Note:

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, however we will pick up the tab for shipping your gear back out to you. Subsequent exchanges of the same order will be charged our standard shipping rates.

Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders do not qualify for free shipping. All orders outside of the contiguous 48 US states will be charged our standard shipping rates. Oversize, hazardous, and tire fees are not waived by our Free Shipping offer. Domestic Returns

You are responsible for shipping items back to us with the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number and signature. All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected.



International Returns

International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. We suggest using a carrier that provides a tracking number and a signature. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs fees.



To Return In Store:

If you would like to return your order in person, just bring it and your invoice to any Cycle Gear location across the country. One of our associates will be happy to assist you in processing the refund or helping you select the perfect item for an exchange.



Defective Items:
