I would buy this product again

CONS: none

Works good for kill or start switch
I used this switch in place of the stock start switch on my CRF450X. It fit on the clamp of the front brake perfectly. I changed the connectors to properly fit the CRF450X connector. Easy change. Works like a charm and cleans up the look. For the price it is a good value. Have only had it a couple of weeks so can't say how it will last. Only time will tell.

PROS: Fit perfectly

Good switch for an accessory horn.
My Honda CRF450X needed a horn so this switch let me use the loud horn I got at RS so riders in the woods could hear me when I honked to pass.

Only complaint - one would think they could include an entire bracket.

PROS: Inexpensive, Simple

CONS: No Full Bracket

wires are glued, not soldiered
Loved the concept. my tie down slid and pulled the wires. I took the switch apart to re-soldier, but the wire connections were glued to plastic! Not repairable and not the quality you need on a motorcycle part. Also, on a CRF, the wires are way too long. I had to bundle the wire.

PROS: Clean Look

CONS: Poor quality, Plastic Button Broke, Wires Glued Not Soldier

Well made, looks good and durable
Used this on my CR250R project bike and it looks great and works great.

PROS: Easy To Install, Tough design, Looks good, Smooth Operation

CONS: Taller Than Necessary

Switch was missing the lower bracket
This is the most expensive kill switch Cycle Gear sells when not on sale. It does not come with any way to mount the switch. The bottom half of the clamp is missing and there are no threads in the top half. Makes me wonder why they bothered to put Allen bolts with it in the first place. They are of no use. For a stand alone switch this is of no use. You have to find a way to mount it on the handle bars. Trackside needs to fix this.

PROS: Looks great easy to use

CONS: Missing hardware

This is not a kill switch
This can not be used as a kill switch. It doesnt come with a tether or a way to mount anything for this to shut off the engine in the event of unplanned dismounting of your motorcycle. This should not be labelled as a kill switch. This would only be useful as a starter switch.
