Water Proof Outer Shell versus Insert
I got these pants to wear with the Rapido WP Jacket for rainy and/or cool days. So far still dry but haven't tested the warmth yet. Really disappointed with knee protection placement, they ride way too low for short legs like mine but more importantly the construction of the pants seems to have the knees turn inward, e.g., feels like they ride closer to the inside of the leg instead of the kneecap. I've exchanged these pants 3 times and still not able to get good fit for my 5'6" frame.

PROS: Attractive Design

CONS: Irregular Fit

A nice pair of pants
I bought these for winters in Alabama or Northern Cali and into the 30's f they work well. I wear a 32" waist and have a 33" inseam. I bought the 34" pants and they fit over jeans. The inseam feels long until you sit in the saddle, then they break just right. The zippers on the cuffs tend to bind with the flap material and the vlecro on the cuffs could be longer for a tighter fit. I plan on adding hip armor in the equipped pockets since they only have knee armor. If there is heavy rain, I plan on adding PVC pants over these.

PROS: Comfortable, Warm With Liner, Quality Material, Attractive Design

CONS: Zippers On Cuffs Bind

BEST USES: Light Rain, Cold weather, Travel, Cool weather

Great riding pant
I wear these pants as part of my riding system to do the following:
1. Abrasion resistance/fall protection
2. Thermal protection
3. Rain protection

Luckily I haven't tested the abrasion and fal protection yet.

Thermal protection is great. I've tested pants down to 33F, waiting on colder weather.

Rain protection- 2 torrential down pours, the pants worked flawlessly.

I wean these pants almost every day when I commute and on 3+ hour rides. Great value for the money.

The only con I would say is the zipper quality. The zippers could be beefed up a larger YKK zipper.

PROS: Function- Multi Season, Quality Material, Attractive Design, Water proof, Great Color, Comfortable

BEST USES: Sport Riding, Commuting, Touring
