Very Satisfied
I normally wear a 42 but the 40 fit great with a little room to spare. The pull waste band is great as well. I have been riding for 30 years and I believe you get what you pay for but these pants and the jacket are worth every penny. I will be taking this gear with me on a 2500 mile ride. I will let you know how it holds up.

PROS: Great Color, Comfortable, Great Fit, Attractive Design, Quality Material

Good Pants
Good Pants, but the knee pads are to low and the loops that hold the quilted liner breaks when pulling foot out.

PROS: Comfortable, Attractive Design

I purchased these pants to wear on a trip across the country on the Trans America Trail. I needed versatile pants to handle all types of conditions, and they had to fit my meager budget!
First impressions, I wear 34' x 34' pants so I ordered these pants in a 34, and they fit!!! They do have 2 different removable liners in them, and with those removed they are a bit loose. One good feature I liked was you could fit the pant legs over MX boots.
During the two week trip we experienced rain and snow for 13 of those 14 days.
With the water proof liner installed these pants do not breath a bit, it is like wearing plastic bags for pants. When it did not rain I was still dripping wet with sweat. Which leads to being cold and wet :( With all liners removed the pants breathed incredibly well, like I was wearing a pair of shorts. With all liners installed I was hot even on snow covered peaks.
The hip and knee pads were nice protection, but found when sitting on the bike that the knee pads were off to one side offering little protection from flying rocks and branches.
Over all the pants are thick and heavy, but preformed their job. There are better pants out there, but at a much higher price.

PROS: Inexpensive, Versitile, Fitment

CONS: zippers

Cheap zippers stuck EVERY time they were zipped or unzipped. With all the liners in, best to get one size up to fit pants underneath. However, for me (5'10.5", 140 lbs, 30x32 in Levi's) this made a size 32 pants ridiculously too long. Also, it was impossible to get these on or off with shoes or boots on, making the pants impractical for my use as a commuter, as I do not wish to go through the pants dance at work, nor do I want to take off my boots and subject my coworkers to the evil within.
