Still Holding Strong
Almost a year later and over 3000 miles, the Diavolos have held their own. Been using them commuting and on the occasional weekend ride. Padding and protection are well placed. Ventilation is fine, especially here in SoCal. Got caught in some drizzle during some commutes and there were no issues. Fit is on the larger side as I usually wear a size LG, but had to go with MD for this glove. Overall satisfied and would recommend this glove with no hesitation.

PROS: Breathable, Comfortable, Well Padded

BEST USES: Street Riding, Warm Weather, Safety, Long-Distance Traveling, Short Trips

Up until this point I've only owned Full Gauntlet gloves. After going through a pair of Frank Thomas at Willow and 2 pairs of Astar SP2's (hole forms on the clutch first finger due to leather wear... twice now!) I decided that I needed something different.

Ditching the gautlets this time... now what to look at?

I always thought the Icon TiMax gave the appearance of "If you swerve at me, I will hit you." I believe this glove also would appeal to anyone having an appreciation of shiny objects and Steel Panther lyrics. That being said - I decided to check out the new Overlord series which has replaced the discontinued TiMax.

Fit was awesome, although bulky in some sections - comfortable in others. Would OJ wear this glove? Leather was super soft, got an earful about how they had kevlar stitching and were synthesized by aliens - maybe the guy just liked them either way the $120+ price matched all.

Onto the Chicane Street Glove. First Impression - For $55 these are great gloves. Fit good, seem durable. Quite possibly could be made in the USA instead of Mars. I remember riding with guys with Teknic stuff too - they always liked it. I'm told these "are the best bang for your buck." Overall, I would agree. Not much else to say.

What are you & where did you come from?

Is Sedici italian for Winner? These seem more comfortable than others, while still being more durable. After double checking - I'm pretty sure that the leather design on the palm resembles that of spidermans glove.

An associate pointed these out and although I was leary to buy a "house" brand I am now waiting the 2013 lineup so I can get a matching jacket.

These are some of the most comfortable gloves I've ever ridden with. Breathe great, little to no break in, solid product, great quality.

This is my daily riding glove and I really liv the fit. But the cuff could be bigger or smaller, right now it's just in the way. Other than that its awesome and the warranty is worth every penny!!!

Great gloves, but.....
I've had these gloves for a week so far and they look and fit great. The gloves are easy to slip on, almost like work out gloves and have a simple one-strap design. The top side of the gloves do feel protective, and there are padding on the palm side, however, the leather seems a bit thin around the fingers, enough to make me wonder if it would hold up on a fall. One big draw back I'd like to mention is the BLACK DYE that will stain your palms if your hands get too sweaty. And the dye will not wash off that easily, its like trying to wash off a sharpie... will take a while to get off... this dye is no joke, almost looks like an auto mechanic's hands after a days work at the shop. Overall, I'd recommend this product if you can overlook the black dye on your palms.

PROS: Shock Resistant, Comfortable, Snug Fit

CONS: Leaves Black Dye

BEST USES: Short Trips, Street Riding, Long-Distance Traveling, Safety

best street gloves hands down
This is my second pair. I bought these about year and a half ago and I ride almost daily in spring, summer, fall. First pair I lowsided and hands and buckle's were unscratched. These gloves absorbed most of the impact shock so the padding is right where you need it and surprisingly not in the way. Gloves were badly scratched and torn in places but I was very glad I had them. Insurance covered the cost of these gloves and then some but why change a great thing. Went back to Cycle Gear and bought a second pair. Wore them for five months and seams on one fingertip split open. Went back to Cycle Gear and got an exchange no question asked. (Great customer service) Botom line get a pair before they are all gone. Best street glove/all rounder I've ever owned.

PROS: Comfortable, Well Padded, Well designed, Best Investment, Great Look, Breathable, Great Protection, Snug Fit

CONS: I Only Have Two Hands, Poor Wrist Support

BEST USES: Street Riding, Off-Road, Summer Gloves, Warm Weather, Long-Distance Traveling, Safety, Short Trips, Street Use

Well made, comfortable.
I bought these gloves to use as my "Around-Town" gloves. I have full length Dainese gloves as my "Sport" gloves. The leather is very soft, and supple. The venting works well, especially the perforations between the fingers. The cuff is just long enough to tuck a jacket into if you wish, but you can easily wear it without tucking the jacket into it. I have a fairly wide hand, and they fit me great. They still allow a lot of feeling through the glove, and do not feel bulky. My only gripe with the glove is that the velcro retention strap hooks on the top of the glove, and i've become used to gloves that strap on the bottom. They're a very versatile glove, and i highly recommend them to anyone looking for a "shorter" glove.

PROS: Comfortable, Well Made, Protection, Fit

CONS: Velcro strap

BEST USES: Commuting, Sport riding

Great gloves, takes some getting used to
Actually picked these up in store, sales staff was excellent as always. Was actually looking at dainese and a* gloves but nothing in my size and style was available. Finally decided on a dainese glove I wasn't too thrilled about when one of the sales guys went to the back and found these in my size, saved me $50 and I got the style of glove I was looking for as always 10/10 on customer service for the springfield store

They do a great job at helping with buzzy grips and are very comfortable and form fitting. Not great for colder weather due to the vents but are awesome for warmer riding.
