Decent Jacket
Overall, the jacket is decent, but with some reservations. While the construction of the one I bought was great, the leather was subpar in some areas. The removable armor is easily installed, but isn't anything fancy and the rear pad is especially noticeable. The fit is a bit looser than I would like as well.

Not terrible, but not great. I'm taking mine back, but this would be a decent first jacket if you just HAD to have leather.

PROS: cheap, Decent look

CONS: So-so Armor, loose fit, inconsistent leather

On sale, can't be beat!
Italian leather styling is like an Italian motorcycle. Either you love it or you should do something else. Aside from being very cool, this jacket is warm and comfortable for all day.
One feature that a seemed wrong at first was a larger than average neck when snapped. It turns out to be better than the tight ones I have because there room for a thicker neck on a sweater or shirt, or a scarf. The sleeves are long - no worry about leakage with gauntlet over sleeve or light glove under.
Can't say about durability yet.
And yes, at regular price it would still be good, but on sale it's great!.
I say the fit is true, but that assumes you like it form-fit, European style. Good at high speed.

Good Bang For The Buck
I got this jacket at the local Cycle Gear in Las Vegas as one of their closeout deals. The leather is nice and thick. I am 5'7" at 160lbs and the jacket size I got is a 44. It is a little big but not too bad with layered clothing underneath. Not sure if they offer a size 42 which would have been a more accurate fit for me but the store had the 44 as their smallest one available so I snagged it.

There is a zippered quilted vest liner that provides two extra inside pockets, one on each side. Otherwise, the lining is mesh over the leather. It's not exactly rough but not exactly smooth. I'm fine with it. Armor padding is included with a foam insert for the back. They provide adequate protection. The arms are pre-curved and longer so that when the arms are in a riding position, the jacket fits better in the sleeves. The zipper-pull is located on the left side when zipping up the jacket. I am used to having it on the right side. However, those who are left-handed may like this. There are no vents in the jacket so I would not suggest this as a summer jacket or for temps above 90F. I *have* worn this a couple times in the Vegas winter where it was about 50-55F and it kept me warm with just a long sleeve t-shirt underneath. The styling is nice and will pass as a modern classic or cruiser style jacket. Sedici is an Italian brand so I guess it pairs perfectly with my Italian made Moto Guzzi V7 II motorcycle.

All in all, it's a nice heavy leather jacket with armor that looks stylish. I definitely would recommend. Especially at this price. Too bad this is now a discontinued item. I lucked out then.
