Would this be useful for skiing or activity?

BEST ANSWER: Yes, but if you are a male it is a little challenging to use the restroom. Very good layering undergarments. It is light, compact, and warm.
Can this be used as winter biking gear?
A shopper on Jan 16, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Definitely as a base layer. I wore it with a pair of jeans and a leather jacket on a ride on a 40 degree day an actually got a little too toasty riding my sport bike.
If using to commute to work, is it pretty easy to change out of when you get to work. Right now I wear a two piece textile suit in the winter, but it's 30 F or colder on my way home, so it's not cutting it. I don't want to spend a lot of time gearing up and changing out or pack a lot of extra gear and clothes just to commute, but would imagine leaving the suit on indoors at work would get too hot....thoughts?

BEST ANSWER: I would think that in an office environment it would become stuffy. I've worn the suit all day but most of that time was spent riding. Sitting for an hour or so at lunch, it wasn't too warm. I think the closest analogy would be wearing thermal underwear all day. If that's not too warm for you then try it.
