Worst ever
After 2 days of use the heels started to come off on both boots. I thought they would break in and be more comfortable untrue. These are the most uncomfortable boots I have ever wore. I should have realized this riding boots for [$] no quality at all.

PROS: Stylish

CONS: Wear Out Quickly, Poor Fit, Too Stiff, Uncomfortable, Poor Quality

Just Fine
I would like to vindicate these boots with a second review. I have found the boots to fit well, perform well on my bike, and keep my feet warm in California fog. For the sale price I paid, I could not have gotten better. Some people might find the boots uncomfortable; to me, they just need some breaking in. Some people are so spoiled that they need gel inserts in every shoe, but I have no such need, so these are just great. Lots of compliments on the boots. Only drawback is that I can see the gluing where the sole meets the leather upper; makes me wonder if they will stay attached. But, for the price, I have very few complaints.

PROS: Stylish, Stable

CONS: Too Stiff

Great Boots!
Comfy, look great, unbeatable price, fantastic grip. Bought them at the retail store in Plano, TX and I had a great experience there. I went in just to look at another pair of boots and left with these and a new helmet for cheaper than similar boots anywhere else.

PROS: Comfortable, Stylish, Great price, Durable

Great deal, nice boots!
I purchased these Bilt harness boots (at least that's what we've always called them) at my local CG store to replace my last pair that had seen 12 years and 50,000 miles of use. Now, up front, I doubt these new ones will last anywhere as long as my old pair, but they're still great for the price.

I wear riding, cowboy, and work boots literally all the time, so I feel I'm good at choosing a well-built pair and breaking them in properly. Since the Bilt boots only come in whole sizes and I wear a half-size, I have the luxury of adding foam insoles to make up the half-size difference.

The lining is good, and the uppers are firm, but not too stiff. I would have preferred more of a western-type heel. The only real issue I can find is that the heel pad is wearing far faster than it should, and that makes it a little slick on a wet surface stepping down heel-first.

Overall, a great deal, but I do recommend buying them in-store if possible.

Poor Quality
Checked out the boots because of the great price. You get what you pay for. Poor quality leather, with poor stitching. Very thin soles. The River Road harness boots are 3 times the price but well worth it. Don't waste your money on these cheap boots.

CONS: Too Stiff, Wear Out Quickly, Poor Quality

value priced starter boots
These are good starter boots for the casual rider. The soles wear out fairly quickly. I plan to have mine resoled for about $45, which still is a good price overall.

PROS: Weather Resistant, Stylish

CONS: Wears Easily

Junk
Boots are completely worn out after two months, Heels worn off, holes in soles, and soles separating from boot.I have ridden less than 500 miles in these boots and I don't drag my feet

CONS: Poor Quality, Uncomfortable, Junk, Poor FIt, Wear Out Quickly

Don't waste your money on these
I bought these boots on sale in the local store, thinking the style would let me wear them when I ride to work each day. After less than 3 months, the rubber is worn off the wooden heals. I do not walk far in these boots, this is just from riding. I wish I had put that money towards some quality boots and I wouldn't have to spend another [$] after only 3 months. This has changed my perception of quality merchandise. A normal pair of shoes always last 2 years or more on me.

PROS: Stylish

CONS: Wears Easily
