Bilt Roadster / Retro Roadster Face Shield

I have purchased all of the faceshields and I interchange them frequently. The dark spoke is very dark and is my favorite one. It looks black when looking in, but just feels like a pair of nice sunglasses when looking out. The light smoke is very light with people being able to see in. The Iridium is in bewtween the light and dark smoke when it comes to the darkness of the shield. This one looks great and people always comment when I have this shield on. The mirror is also a great shield, but gets a bad glare on very sunny days. I picked up from anti-fog liquid online and I have never had my shields fog up since.

Dark tint looks great on the black helmet.

I bought this along with the Bilt Roadster Open-Face Motorcycle Helmet. Pretty stylish and hasn't scratched yet after daily use for approx 2 weeks; Con- Fogs up pretty easily though.

PROS: Lightweight, Clear

CONS: Fogs Easily

Great look and not too much tint. Wouldn't recommend for night riding, but its not for that anyway. Perfect tint amount for day riding - eliminating need for sunglasses.

My bilt helmet cost $40.00, so, I replaced the shield with a medium tint shield. Now you know I bought the lowest cost helmet, and you know you get what you pay for. I'm very satisfied with helmet and extra happy Bilt provides the option of replacing the shield with tinted shield.
