I got this because I was on a budget and in a hurry - it was inexpensive and immediately available. I purchased in store, having had a wide range of experience with S/M/L sizing and helmets before. (I have comfortably worn everything from an M to XXL depending on brand and style.)
This helmet in an XL fit comfortably. (My last hemlet was an HJC-CL size L.) Decent padding with out "squishing" my cheeks. The chin strap is a bit close to my throat, but that may be as much due to the modular design as anything else. I have worn the helmet for just over an hour continuously (my longest ride so far hasn't been very long) and the chin strap was noticeable but not a problem for the entire ride.
The biggest negative I have noticed so far (in ~3.5 hours of total use) is the wind noise. With the top vent open and at speeds over 40MPH, it is very loud. Closing the top vent cuts the noise by about half. But it also makes the helmet quite a bit less cool. Opening the windscreen a notch resolves the cooling issue with considerably less noise.
I don't notice any significant difference in air flow, noise, or cooling with the chin vent closed or open.
The built-in sun visor is the best feature overall. Although I would suggest the visor be a couple millimeters longer to eliminate the slight gap in coverage at the lower edge of the visor above the chin bar. I noticed the light leaking in through this gap, especially reflecting off my bike; most noticeably when trying to read the instruments.
Overall, the helmet is comfortable. I have not had any neck or head fatigue. It fogs pretty quickly at a stop if you leave the visor closed or in first open position, but clears just as quickly when you start moving. The chin bar opens easily with one hand and closes with a satisfying thunk. Vents and visor controls are well placed and easy to manipulate while in motion with one (gloved) hand.
I wanted a matching helmet for my wife, and this style/brand worked for her as well. (This is not as easy as it sounds, because our heads are shaped differently. :) ) She also tried on in store, and was able to find a size that fit her comfortably. So I bought 2!
I purchased this on sale, so the price was terrific. At full retail, I would suggest another brand. But at the <50% sale price, this is a terrific value for the features and comfort.

The chin bar latch is cleverly designed so that a single upward push both unlatches it and opens the chin bar. The face shield can be set at almost any partial opening (including a small crack) for more ventillation or defogging. The face shield latch is substantial, easily deployed by a gloved hand, and not in line with the lower air vent (so the rider won't confuse them). The sun visor is easily deployed. The chin bar has a substantial closure grip for gloved hands.
The lower air vent is adequate, but I agree that the upper vent doesn't flow much air. I would have preferred a safety yellow color had it been available. As it is, I've ordered a safety yellow decal kit, and a quick release chin strap.
I look forward to many happy miles in this helmet, and hope I can buy another one in safety yellow in five years.

Fit is a little snug at first but breaks in nicely.
Noise level and vision are both good/average.
Drop down tinted visor eliminates the need to carry sunglasses.
Air flow/ventilation are good, even in the Tucson hot weather.
Does not feel heavy and the fit and finish are good.
Would buy again and do recommend it to those considering buying one.
