I Love These Pants!
These pants are great for warm weather riding. Comfortable and not at all binding. The removable leg panels make them cool even on hot days. And the price was great!

great for price
I bought these for a trip to Alaska. I had to make a couple minor field repairs: The waiste velcro straps stiching came loose.

The pants are comfortable and fit. They did well in the rain. They don't breath very well. The ventilation panels help a little. Good for cool weather.

PROS: Abrasion Resistant, Weather Resistant, Comfortable

CONS: Not Breathable

BEST USES: Street Riding, Safety, Bad Weather

For the money not too bad!
I ride daily wanted a decent priced pair of riding pants to slip on over my work clothes. They seem to be working well but I do not think they are sized correctly. I had to return my first pair at a Cycle Gear location (80 miles away). They did not have the size I wanted to try but I was able to try on a pair close to get an idea. I had to go back home and re-order. These too were not close on size. I have had to get creative and do some sewing to modify things. Good thing I was prepared to sew because the factory stitching was terrible. Seams coming apart in several locations, adjustment straps detached the 3rd wear. hopefully my mods hold up, they have already improved the fit. I will recommend these pant to a friend but will let them know they may need to keep the sewing machine handy. cg

Great Cold and Wet Pants
Great pants. The only change I would recomend would be a zipper for the legs, but they still work great.

Good for cool or cold weather
Thought these might work for summer protection, but they are more like sauna pants in the heat. My leather chaps do a lot better at insulating from the heat, whereas the nylon on these pants heats up rapidly in the sun and transmits the heat to the legs. My jeans were soaked with sweat after a two-hour ride. I did encounter some rain, and they were perfectly waterproof. The zip-off panels are interesting but don't really flow much air. Good fit, and I agree with the person who said a leg zipper would be a great thing to allow keeping your boots on.

why didn't I buy these before?
why didn't I get these earlier? not only are they cozy in the winter, the heaviness makes for less flapping than with regular pants - perfect for commuting - the only con is that they are a bit tough to get in and out of sometimes, but, I think that's a necessary evil to acheive the close fit when riding.

PROS: Weather Resistant, Well Insulated, Abrasion Resistant, Breathable

CONS: A Bit Tough To Put On

BEST USES: Safety, Street Riding, Bad Weather
