Perfect for my needs
After seeing this online, I called my local store to see if they had one available. There was one left so I had them hold it at the counter until I got there. Once at the store, I looked it over to see if it would fit my needs.

I commute every day and carry very little. My biggest item is my 15" Macbook Pro that fits in the laptop holder perfectly. The velcro strap that holds it down can be a little longer but it does hold just enough to keep it secure. I keep a power supply at the office and one at home, so I never really need to take one with me, but if I did, there is space for it. For the comments that mention the lack of pocket space, I can somewhat see that, but for the average person, I would say that there are more than enough.

The helmet pouch is a nice touch because I no longer have to hold on to my helmet or leave it with my bike. It does not swing around and is very secure. My lid is a Bell RS-1 in Medium; I'm sure you can fit a large without a problem. When you aren't using the the helmet pouch and/or if you never use it, it can be used as extra storage.

The lumbar and chest straps fit nicely and do not make things uncomfortable. I especially like the lumbar strap because it has pockets on each side where you can store your ID's, insurance information or whatever other small items. I personally have a digital tire pressure gauge and things to change a flat (with the sticky worms). On the other side, I keep a blade, insurance card and emergency cash.

Needless to say, this bag does fit my needs. If there was anything I would like to see different about it, I would say that that I wish it had a built in CamelBak. If I was on a casual ride without my laptop, I could use that space for one... other than that, it's great!

PROS: Lightweight, Great Features, Attractive Design, Durable, Comfortable

CONS: Laptop strap a bit short

Great Commuter
I bought the bilt version of this bag and was not entirely impressed. Shortly after Sedici was 25% off so I traded the bilt in for this one. I must say this backpack is built much better and with better quality materials. I would happily pay full price for this now that I have compared both side by side. It really rides great on the bike as well, it just seems to be cut to stay on your body well. The waist and chest straps also keep it in place so the wind doesn't catch it even with a light load. The only real complaint is that it doesn't have more medium sized organization pockets. I carry a variety of things for work so if you keep it simple it works great and even if you don't it still works well. I haven't tried the laptop pocket yet but I am sure it will work great and helps extend this to be a good college or work bag.

CONS: Not Enough Pockets

Pretty good backpack so far...
This pack is pretty comfortable. The regular backpack I had gave me a scare riding down 65S when the shoulder strap came undone, but I dont think I have to worry about that with this one since it has a chest & waist strap. My company wouldnt be happy if I turned in a busted laptop because it fell on the interstate. The main downside is it doesnt have a lot of compartments/pockets on it. I alomost bought the Bilt version of this bag but in the sotre I checked out both bags and this one seemed to be made out of better material.

CONS: Not Enough Pockets

I love all of the compartments available on his backpack, and how I can strap around my chest and my waist. But my favorite part is that helmet bag; I don't have to leave my helmet with my bike or carry it. Awesome!

Exactly what I needed!
I'm a new rider, and it took me a couple of months to really get a feel for what I needed. I picked up a nice, expandable tail-bag, but it was too cumbersome for everyday use. Also, when I go to my activities, there was no good way to carry my helmet. I wanted something that would both carry my belongings, and my helmet, and be easy to just get off the bike and go without a hassle. This bag has given me the freedom I needed. It's comfortable and roomy enough to carry sports gear, or a laptop and an extra pair of shoes. I love the ease of the helmet carrier too.

Sleak, slim and snug
I use this for work and casual commuting. The chest and kidney straps keep it secure, the slim profile keeps the crosswind effect down and it just looks cool.
