Great Bags for the Money
I used these on a 3400 miles trip this summer on my KLR. They fit perfectly over the seat and held all of my important stuff. The zippers worked well and the bags held their shape during the entire trip. They looked good and are light weight and yet durable. I was most impressed when I rode through some of the worst thunderstorms in eastern New Mexico for at least two hours of heavy rain. I forgot to put the rain covers on and was dreading looking inside the bags when I stopped for gas. I was amazed when I found that everything inside the bags was completely dry. Not a drop. These are great bags for the money especially if you can get them on the occasional sale.

Picture looks bigger....
Took off old bags, had to do a little cutting to old brackets. Bags look good and fit nice. I like that I can now remove the bags and take with me....

PROS: Looks Good On My Bike

CONS: Smaller then I thought

good bang for your buck
These are lightweight, came with rain covers, and 2 smaller bags with zippers. I like the reflective strips on the back. They have side pouches that zipper. Theworst pproblem I had was getting them away from the exhaust, their as short as they go.

PROS: Wide, price, Side Pocket With Zipper, Smaller Bag Included, Limited Lifetime Warranty, Rain covers, Reflective strips, Detachable, Seem well made

CONS: Kinda Small But Wide, Getting Them Adjusted

You cannot beat these bags for the money
I searched for some time to find the right bags to fit my 2011 Suzuki Burgman 650. It has the wide passenger hand rails. It took some time to make everything fit perfect and still be able to open the seat compartment. First I expanded and installed the Sedici bags over the seat, strapped them with 4 small bungies on the bottom so they do not flop in the wind. Then I installed the Cortech bag over top of that and installed the straps under the seat in a cross...Lots of adjustment needed for that. If I want to raise the seat, I just loosen the 4 small bungies on the bottom and all the bags stay right in place. I keep all my extra weather gear and things I do not need often in the Burgie compartment. I Use the other bags for things I need to get to often.....It is a perfect setup for a Burgman, they are difficult to rig with side bags. I also protected my paint under the bungies with stick-on dense foam pads. I also added DOT tape to the back of the bags for additional visability at night. Looks real sharp.
The bags install perfectly level, and the slant on them looks nice.

PROS: Well Made Fits Wide Seat

CONS: The Top Of The Bag Sags

Super product - fits the bill
I was initially sent the wrong item. A quick call to Customer Service had the correct item on the way immediately and I was emailed a prepaid shipping label for the return of the wrong item. I will definitely order from Cycle Gear in the future.

Torn and zippers failed after 2 months
Unfortunately these bags lasted only 2 months. Top has started to rip, and the zippers that secure the bags together has failed as well.

May be useful for limited use, but cant stand up to everyday use.

PROS: Nnice Looking, Fits Well

CONS: Not durable

Be careful before you buy. I ask if this would fit my MC, IT WAS WAY TOO LONG. There is a way to shorten but still not short enough, The bags will be laying on the muffler. So be careful on length. I will have to bring to leather shop and re- engineer, cost to me another $25.00. BAGS ARE WELL MADE AND SIZE GOOD, JUST WAY TOO LONG. SO mainly to me this is great for large MCs only. NOT 750'S AS TOLD.

PROS: Well Made

CONS: Do Not Fit My Mc As Was T

Broke first time I used them
On the way home the first time I used them the tab holding on the zipper on the right bag broke. This caused the left bag to fall over onto the left exhaust pipe and melt the bottom of the bag onto the pipe. Who thinks it's a good idea to have soft bags zipper apart. I had I nice pair of Staintunes on the Ducati until today.

Will these fit a vstrom 650?
A shopper on May 11, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Funny you ask today. I just used them for the first time. I had to modify the top strap to fit my Ducati, easy just a hole punch On the way home the tab holding the zipper on the right side broke causing the left bag to fall on a once beautiful Staintune pipe and melt all over it. Just spent an hour cleaning off melted plastic.Don't buy them.

Will these work on a sport bike ? GSXR 750
A C on Dec 29, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Depends on the year. I have a K9 1000 and I have to figure out how to get the bags stable on the back end because I don't have anywhere to keep it mounted.
Does this include all hardware needed for mounting?
