cyclegear.com is an extension of our retail stores. We are pleased to provide excellent customer service and offer the finest products available to those who live in areas that don't have a Cycle Gear store (yet!). To maintain continuity, our site must adhere to the same pricing policies as our retail store locations. There will always be a few exceptions such as clearance and special purchase merchandise, but for the most part, the stores and website will maintain the same pricing at all times.
Coupons, Codes & Discount Cards:
If you're lucky enough to have a discount method at your disposal (sweet!), be sure to check the expiration date and read the restrictions and exclusions text. Unfortunately, several manufacturers have pricing (discounting) policies in place, prohibiting us from discounting their goods, either at all or beyond a certain percentage. Only current prices or ads can be considered. Cycle Gear stores do not match Internet prices. Pricing Discrepancies:
Most of us here at Cycle Gear are human and we can make mistakes. If we find an error after your order is placed, we'll work with you as much as possible, but remember: there's no free lunch (or DVD, or jacket, or anything else). We reserve the right to correct prices that are incorrectly displayed or calculated due to programming errors, tornados, gremlins, too much cough syrup and/or other issues.
Sales Tax:
cyclegear.com is required to collect sales tax in any state in which we have retail store locations.
