To submit your photo(s) to Cycle Gear:*

Do:

• Re-size photos to between 800 and 1200 pixels wide
• Save as each file with a descriptive name like, "Kneedown_LagunaSeca.jpg"
• Send the file(s) in .jpg (preferred), .eps, .psd or .tif format. Do not send .bmp or .gif formats
• Give your email a subject line: use "MotoPhoto: ***" - add a two- or three-word description in place of the ***, like "Hayabusa in flight"
• Attach the image file(s) to an email (see below for address)
• Include the following information in the email with your photo(s):
  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Who
  • What
  • Where
  • When
  • Why (tell us a story!)
• Copy and paste the following statement into the body of your email:

  I hereby represent that I am the sole owner of the copyright in the photograph(s) submitted; that I have the full right to submit the photograph for publication; and that Cycle Gear, Inc.'s use of the photograph will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, or the right of privacy or publicity; and that Cycle Gear, Inc. may freely reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, create derivative works and otherwise use the material for any purpose in any form and on any media. By submitting the image(s), I am authorizing unrestricted use by Cycle Gear, Inc. without remuneration of any kind.

• Keep an eye on the www.CycleGear.com site to see your shots

Don't:

• Send image files larger than 3mb (but do send high resolution images)
• Send "poseriffic" shots
• Forget to include the statement above. Images that are not accompanied by this release will not be accepted

*The Important Bits (Liability Release and Usage Agreement):
You may only contribute photos that you have taken yourself or that you have all rights to transmit and license and which do not violate trademark, copyright, privacy or any other rights of any other person. By submitting your photo(s) to Cycle Gear, Inc., you agree to the following:

• Cycle Gear, Inc. reserves the right to alter, crop, resize and/or otherwise manipulate submitted images.
• Cycle Gear, Inc. reserves the right of approval. We are not obligated to use submitted images in any way.
• You warrant that you have permission from all persons appearing in your photos for you to make this contribution and grant rights described herein.
• By submitting a photo, (a) you grant to Cycle Gear, Inc. a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, print, display, reproduce, modify, publish, post, transmit and distribute the photo and any material included in such photo; and (b) you certify that any person pictured in the submitted image(s)(or, if a minor, his/her parent/guardian) authorizes Cycle Gear, Inc. to use, copy, print, display, reproduce, modify, publish, post, transmit and distribute the photo and any material included in such photo; and (c) you agree to indemnify Cycle Gear, Inc. and its affiliates, directors, officers and employees and hold them harmless from any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from the photo and/or your failure to comply with these rules.
• You may not contribute photos that contain expressions of hate, abuse, offensive images or blatantly illegal conduct, obscenity or pornography or any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law or regulations.

File(s) must be attached to an email addressed to customerservice@cyclegear.com - we cannot accept images submitted in any other way. All images used by Cycle Gear, Inc. will be credited to the photographer as possible and applicable
