Comments about GREEN LIGHT Stop Light Trigger:
I will admit that it does help. There are some lights around where I live that wouldn't read me until I got this. However, it is not a guaranteed trigger for all lights. Around my work there are plenty of lights that don't change for me until a car comes up behind me. I've sat thru more than one cycle of lights at an intersection, just waiting for a car to trigger the light for me.
Comments about GREEN LIGHT Stop Light Trigger:
There is no place to mount this on my Triumph Speed Triple. I finally glued it to my oil filter. It still didn't trigger the traffic signals so I removed it. I have a boat and now use it to retrieve lost metal items in the bilge.
Pros
- Fairly small
- Mounts to centerstand
- Works sometimes
Cons
- Plastic magnet housing
- Plastic ties for mounting
Best Uses
- Can't hurt to try it
- Left turns at lights
Comments about GREEN LIGHT Stop Light Trigger:
I mounted this to my centerstand's center crossbar and it fits perfectly. However, if you make a mistake in mounting then you can't undo the plastic zip tie in order to re-mount. I did just that and I had to break apart the plastic housing that holds the strong magnet and use my own zip ties to re-secure it. I don't like the way the housing is made and it's pricing is about $5 to $8 too much for what it is and how it's made. Bikes with lots of body fairing may have little space to mount this.
Comments about GREEN LIGHT Stop Light Trigger:
It mounts easy if you have a full frame or center stand. However, as it says on the packing (but not mentioned when you are buying it) it may not work well on taller bikes. It doesn't work at all on my adventure bike. I would like to try it on my cruiser but the zip tie is not replaceable. I will have to rig it. It appears to be a [$] magnet.
Pros
- Comes with hardware
- It works
Cons
- Difficult to attach
Best Uses
Comments about GREEN LIGHT Stop Light Trigger:
It does signal lights to turn green, but it only works 60% of the time. On a full fairing sportbike, finding attachment points is a pain.
Pros
- Easy Installation
Cons
Best Uses
- Early or night riding

Wow, it really works!!! I got it because of one light that takes 5 minutes to change before I installed this. Now not more than a minute.
