Service and delivery comments:
I received my order in a UPS Express Pad Pack (looks like a 12"x14" lightly padded plastic envelope). The spark plugs were apparently simply dropped in the pack in their original individual cardboard boxes. When I opened the package, it was quite apparent that every single spark plug had exited its individual cardboard box some time early in the shipping process and had been slamming around loose in the Pack.
I also noted that there were only three spark plugs in the Pack, not four as I had ordered, despite the fact that the sheet says "Qty 4". I found out later that the warehouse only had three - they shipped me what they had, but never told me the fourth was back ordered.
At $11 a piece, I expect much better packaging and better communication about my order.
Cycle Gear promptly refunded. I found a box of 4 plugs cheaper (16% less including tax and shipping) on another website. I ordered, received and installed with no problem. Cycle Gear needs to do better with price, service and delivery before I'll consider ordering these from them again.

I used these plugs in my boat. The boat wouldn't idle and no one locally sold the plugs. I would have spent a lot more in gas, driving to a shop,[...]Well worth it!
