Comments about TORK Full-Face Helmet Communication Headset:
We use this dual sport riding and they work awesome. we can communicate up to 65mph and the speakers are pretty loud. They are the best headsets for the money and they fit nicely in my full face Arai helmet.

I returned them to the store. In theory this product was a good idea, but it lacks follow-through and quality.
Comments about TORK Full-Face Helmet Communication Headset:
I bought this a while ago, not from cycle gear though. In retrospect, I should have. They have an amazing return policy. On paper, the speakers/microphone is a great idea. I tested them without putting them in, and the button was pretty nice. Good tactile feedback. Plus the velcro strap is convenient. Never really did work with my radio, though.
While trying to put it in, I tore the wire out of the microphone. I didn't use barely any force but it still managed to just come right out. I emailed the company a few months ago to see if I could just buy the microphone, still waiting on a reply.
I figured "Oh well, the speakers have a 3.5mm jack, I can still use them." Long story short, these were the WORST speakers I've ever listened to. I wasn't expecting high quality, but a tin can on a string has better sound than these.
I'm planning on buying a helmet with integrated speakers soon, or a Chatterbox. Probably the chatterbox, seems like a decent amount of features.
