Thank you for your interest in Cycle Gear, America’s
largest and fastest growing retailer of motorcycle
parts and accessories. For consideration on any new product, we ask that
you read and follow the instructions below. All potential new product vendors must submit a
proposal to our home office at the address below:

Attn: Merchandising Department
Please note, any product samples you wish to send
with your proposal will become the property of Cycle
Gear Inc. If you need any samples to be returned,
please enclose a “call tag” from UPS
with your proposal. Please include the following
in your proposal.
1. Product cost – list your cost proposal
to Cycle Gear.
2. Terms – payment terms.
3. Ad co-op – amount of advertising co-op
available to support the promotion of your product
(annually)
4. Freight – list your freight policy
5. Packaging – describe or provide samples
of how is your product packaged
6. Displays – Describe or illustrate available
displays with your product
7. Contact information – please list either
an e-mail address or shipping address
All proposals will be reviewed with in thirty days,
and all proposals will be responded to within this
time. Due to an overwhelming number of inquiries we
ask that you please do not phone our corporate offices.
