Many of Cycle Gear's products are imported into the United States. Cycle Gear shipments outside the US may be subject to customs fees, tariffs, duties, Value-Added Tax (VAT), etc. Customs procedures and charges vary and are the recipient's responsibility. Import costs will be collected locally at time of customs clearance and/or upon delivery and are not included in merchandise price or shipping charges. Cycle Gear does not provide estimates for these costs. Your local Customs office will collect all fees and we encourage you to contact your local Customs office for more information.
Items that we ship to Canada are considered "sold". Cycle Gear is not responsible for any costs, delays, or problems caused by shippers or Customs once the shipment leaves our warehouse.
