Comments about Atomic Textile Motorcycle Pants:

Just completed a 3100 mile trip, and love the pants. I wore shorts underneath them and was a little warm at 103 degrees, but not miserable. The zip out panels work very well to give you a little air flow. Would recommend for long trips.

Comments about JOE ROCKET Atomic Textile Motorcycle Pants:

Just spent four days in western NC wearing these pants. Very comfortable. When you sit on the bike the pants slip perfectly in to place. Very good air flow. When cooler at high altitude, zipped up opening and felt fine. When stopping for lunch and walking around, they were comfortable. Look good for riding gear. When not riding, they look enough like bike pants to not look weird walking around but don't look like over-the-top biker gear. Sewing for pocket for knee pads, at shin, was a bit rough on bare shin. Put on long socks and never noticed it.

Comments about JOE ROCKET Atomic Textile Motorcycle Pants:

Seriously, these are some tough pants. They put jeans to shame, as they are 3 times as tough, at least.
Watch sizing, however. These pants fit large. I have a 30-32" waist and a 30" inseam, and was advised to buy "Large". This was a big mistake. Large fits those with up to a 36" waist and at least a 32" inseam. I made them work, but a medium would have been far better for my size, and they are on order now. Fantastic features include tail and hip soft armour, as well as knee and shin soft armour. Seriously, these pants are so nice fitting that they feel like you're naked. The extra protection is nice, and I'm sure they could take a spill and keep you off the skin graft table. They also won't melt you in 95+ degree weather, especially with the thigh vents open--a huge bonus in terrible summer humidity.
