Comments about Transition Series 3 Textile Motorcycle Jacket:

I really like the fit of the jacket, lots of options to make it form to different body shapes. I've been using it in the warmth, heavy rain and cold weather and have no complaints on how great it does in keeping me warm and dry.

My complaints come in the materials and construction. My first jacket the cuff straps separated from the velcro in a matter of days. Cycle Gear was awesome and traded it for another. But the second hasn't stuck together that much better - buttons falling off, velcro separating, zipper pulls breaking. I am not a hard user, keep it hung up at both ends of the commute.

I'm happy with how well it performs, but extremely disappointed in the construction. I would love to have this jacket for longer but it looks like it will only last one year!

Comments about TOUR MASTER Transition Series 3 Textile Motorcycle Jacket:

Overall the protection from the environment is good. I liked the "key" pocket on left sleeve. Used it to put my garage door opener. Useable accessories (pockets, vents, etc) very good, kept me dry in the rain and warm in the cold. Vents worked reasonably well (though sometimes the shoulders would puff up and cause the collar to squeeze my neck. However, twice the velcro at the cuffs separated (after only owning the jacket a couple months and riding minimally in the winter). Zipper pull-tab snapped in half. The fake "snaps" on the cargo pockets would have been great if real, the velcro worked marginally when pockets full. A friend has the Transition II and it looks to be a much better jacket. I liked the jacket and the flaws seem minor but in such short time it made me wonder what would happen the longer I owned it.

Comments about TOUR MASTER Transition Series 3 Textile Motorcycle Jacket:

      I'm 6'6" and 215 lbs.
This jacket in an XL Tall fits great. It has a few options to tighten sleeves, waist, etc so that the jacket isn't huge on you.

I've been using this for my 20 mile commute for the past 2 weeks. It insulates well (I travel around 70 mph and it has been around 50 degrees during my commute, without wind chill).

It feels and looks to be of solid construction. I plan to have this jacket for a while.

Comments about TOUR MASTER Transition Series 3 Textile Motorcycle Jacket:

Everyday use when riding. Great for cross country trips or commuting. Easy to store in Motorcycle luggage.

Pants are perfect. Zippers on all products work perfectly.

Neck closures could be a bit larger to provide a better seal on the Jackets.

Durable material after years of daily use they still look like new.

Comments about TOUR MASTER Transition Series 3 Textile Motorcycle Jacket:

Used once so far on a cool low 40's, four-hour night ride. Wind chill on a motorcycle can be no joke. I don't use the liner that comes with the Series 3, but rather a Tourmaster heated jacket liner. The jacket is good which enhances the feel of the heat. I ride a black Concours 14, so I appreciate the day-glow color.
