Comments about DAINESE Thermal Map Top:
I ordered this for the mild SoCal Winter to add to my favorite jacket with a ho-humm removable liner so that I didn't have to have a specific Winter jacket. It worked great for the Fall but couldn't tell it was doing anything once temps fell below 45° under the A-Star SMX. With a warmer jacket it does great as an added layer and will use it just for that.
It's Dainese quality, so that's worth the higher price IMO if you want to use it a couple years. The Freeze-Out is $50 cheaper ($25 currently on sale), but starts to lose stiching after just one season of heavy use. All my Dainese products have lasted a long time, with one jacket turning 20 years old this year and still in use.
Sizing is Euro so go a size larger, if not 2 larger. I wear a medium shirt/40 Jacket and a Large is still a bit snug. XL sounded a bit too big, but great for my small frame and wearing over shirts so it's easy to peel down.
Item pictured is (possibly) another product. This item is the Anthracite/White and more resembles the Women's Map Base long tee (web1009614). This picture is for the Map Base Windstopper (web1009540) which is a better product for a Winter layer.
