Good product for the money. They're a little heavy but good for casual use.
The new buckle system is alot nicer than last years Element buckles. Hopefully the buckles are more durable and last longer.
I still have my old Element boots that are in perfect condition except for the buckles, they all broke.
Hope I have better luck with the new boot buckles.

I read the reviews and everything looked great and at a great price so I ordered these. I figured they wouldn't get here until after the weekend but to my surprise they got here on Friday. Three days after ordering and regular ground at that.
The new buckles look and feel excellent and the sole has a really nice feel to it.
But when I put them on with regular socks my toes were right up against the front. Way too small. These were a size 9 which is what I normally wear. I tried on a size 10 at the store and they were way too big. They didn't have a size 9 so hence why I ordered online. 9.5 would be perfect but they don't make 1/2 sizes in MX boots.
I went down to the local Cycle Gear and exchanged these for a pair of Tech 3's. Also size 9 and a perfect fit. A bit more expensive but I think well worth it for the comfort. The guys at Cycle Gear handled the exchange with no problems what-so-ever. Top notch outfit!
I would only recommend these if they were tried on first to make sure of the fit.

Comments about 2014 Element Off-Road Motorcycle Boots:

bought this boot (white)because I will not pay over $300.00 for motocross boots.the soles of all boots wear the same. have worn the tech 8 for the last 10 years, had both pairs resole twice at $90.00.the element feels the same as the tech 8.for size I wear a 10.5 with thin socks, bought the 11`s went with a thicker sock.since there is no bootie worked fine.the weight of the boots both weigh in at four and half lbs.the one thing I really like is the height of the boot.the boot is two inches shorter.i always used mink oil for the break in process. so far great product.if I get two years out of these boots .winner
